Back Office Operation Executive

Job Description

*Key Responsibilities:* * Handle walk-in clients and provide product information related to home theatre and audio solutions * Understand customer requirements and coordinate accordingly * Maintain client follow-ups and sales coordination * Generate invoices and maintain billing records * Perform basic accounting entries in Tally Prime * Maintain sales and stock-related records * Coordinate with internal team for smooth operations * Ensure professional communication with clients and vendors *Required Skills:* * Basic knowledge of Tally Prime and invoicing * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Basic accounting knowledge * Customer handling and sales coordination skills * MS Office knowledge preferred
